New To Site
ZionsArmy.com
was created to show that member missionary work as perfected by the Arizona
Temple Youth Guides is easy and effective.
Using the Youth Guide system, developed and tested over the last
decade, we can respond in a major way to President Hinckley’s call for action. Our goal is to ensure that at the click of
a mouse button you can find the tools you need, and a ready and waiting
online community of friends, to help you answer his call for us to …DOUBLE
THE NUMBER OF CONVERT BAPTISMS!
Please read our terms and conditions
of use for the site.
To get started:
Please
visit The Prophet’s Call. It will explain in greater detail what we
are all about and how what President Hinckley has to say about member
missionary work fits into our HEROIC goal.
We
invite you to help in the effort by registering your name and email address at Join Us! This will “enlist” you in ZionsArmy.com
and allow us to count on your participation in achieving our HEROIC goal as
we all work to grow the Church! We
will send you a daily email with the first paragraph or so from the ZionsArmy.com
newsletter, GUIDElines
2000. The full article will be
at ZionsArmy.com home page, plus a report on the success we are having and what
is happening that day in the effort.
(GUIDElines 2000 is based on a newsletter which was sent to
Alumni of the Arizona Temple Youth Guides who served all over the world on
their missions between 1989 and 1998.)
Click
on HEROIC
Goals to
learn about the task ahead of us. As
Youth Guides we learned to set HEROIC Goals and to achieve them with our
faith and works and by the use of simple member missionary tools. All we asked the Lord to do was soften the
hearts of people we talked to and we would do the rest. It worked!
The Message Board
is different than other message boards on the Internet. As a safeguard for our members, and to
increase readership of our newsletter, you may post your questions and
successes at the Message Board and they will be gathered together and either
posted verbatim or commented on in the next issue of GUIDElines
2000. This makes it so that everything
at the site is monitored and meets the standards we have set. This is also where Youth Guide Alumni,
which number nearly 1,000, will comment on your posts as they read the daily
GUIDElines 2000, and offer words of wisdom from their experience in
the Gardens at the Arizona Temple, on their missions, and in their “real”
lives today. Visiting the ZionsArmy.com
site daily, or as often as you can, to read the current issue of the GUIDElines
2000 will be an essential part of your initial training. If it works as well as the GUIDElines
of old, you will find you won’t want to miss and issue!
If
you need a complete Mission
Statement that
tells where we came from and where we hope to go, before you can get started,
we've got one. It describes more about
the idea behind the creation of ZionsArmy.com and gives you insight into its creator.
If you think this whole ZionsArmy.com concept is a grrrr8! idea, and you want to fully be a part of
it, click on the Tool Chest for an explanation of the training, and then on each one of the
tools to learn what you have to do so each tool can help you as you meet and
work with Not Yet Members of the Church.
Concentrated in the ZionsArmy.com Tool Chest is a group of simple tools we used to help us create
success in the Youth Guides. Each one
is explained, and if you don’t understand you can do several things. One, you can always Contact Us directly by email and we will do our best to help answer your
question. You can also go to the Message Board and ask questions that will be answered in the issues of GUIDElines
2000.

ZionsArmy to
send a message about this site to five [or more!] of your friends. By sharing the work and the vision we can
accomplish our HEROIC goal more quickly.
We
need you to help in the effort and we will do all we can to teach you
how. Although you have probably never
done member missionary work this way before, believe us when we say if you
work the plan it will create results you may not have ever dreamed of. Our Motto is: Let’s all work to Grow the Church!
